The iDryfire® laser target system is developed by the creators of the iMarksman® Virtual Target Systems, esteemed training tools for marksmanship and use of force simulations. The iDryfire® Laser Target System offers a safe and efficient method to practice with your personal firearms before heading to a live-fire shooting range.

How it works:

1. Always ensure your firearm is safe, clear, and unloaded.
2. Select any paper target or object.
3. For optimal performance, use a background with minimal glare.
4. Aim your Smart Device's camera at the target from a distance of 3 – 7 yards (additional accessories available on our website for distances up to 20 yards).
5. We recommend using a tripod with your iPhone/iPad.
6. As a dry fire device, you can utilize dry fire barrel laser inserts or cartridges designed for firearms or laser simulators, including training handguns or rifles - available at www.iDryfire.com.

Recommended exercises:

• Drawing from the holster: present the firearm, dry fire, then re-holster.
• Drawing from the holster: present the firearm, reload, dry fire, then re-holster.

Additional information:

• Recommended background: Matte surface on a lightly painted wall.
• Avoid reflective subjects in the background or direct light on the target or camera.
